In an exciting venture, the SFA partnered with the Brazilian government and the University of Mato Grosso to pioneer an innovative "A la Carte" offering. This initiative, officially launched on September 18, 2023, and running until December 18, 2023, saw remarkable engagement from a diverse audience.
More than 300 individuals, ranging from university students and government officials to agronomists and professionals, enthusiastically participated in the program. The SFA ensured inclusivity by providing Portuguese subtitles for all classes, catering to the linguistic needs of participants.
Building on this success, the SFA plans to extend its reach in 2024, targeting other prestigious universities such as the University of Sao Paulo.

West African Fertilizer Association (WAFA)
SFA is collaborating with the West African Fertilizer Association (WAFA) to spearhead educational initiatives benefiting the West African agricultural community. This partnership is structured into two distinct phases, each tailored to address specific needs within the region.
Phase One - University Students:
Conducting immersive on-site workshops spanning 3-5 days, curated for university students across West Africa. Classes will be conducted in English and French, with SFA modules presented in the same language to ensure accessibility.
Phase Two - Fertilizer Industry Professionals:
Focused on enhancing the knowledge and skills of West African fertilizer industry professionals to align with global standards. All SFA modules will be available in French, advocating for both individual employee training and comprehensive company-wide programs.
