Immediately following the
Cultivating Tomorrow Conference, IFA’s Sustainable Fertilizer Academy will host a one-day, in-person Sustainability Masterclass developed and facilitated in collaboration with an international leading consultancy firm. Designed for professionals and decision-makers across the fertilizer industry, the Masterclass focuses on practical implementation, exploring how sustainability, regulation, technology, and market dynamics are shaping strategic priorities and operational decisions across the sector.
Structured as a practical, experience-based learning session, the Masterclass centers on real-world insights, concrete examples, and informed decision-making. Through carefully selected real-world case studies from within and beyond the fertilizer sector, participants will examine how companies have navigated complex decisions, the trade-offs they faced, what worked, what didn’t, and how they translated ambition into action.
The Masterclass is intended for professionals who influence strategic, operational, regulatory, public affairs, and market-facing decisions within their organizations. Participants may come from sustainability, corporate strategy, operations, R&D, regulatory and public affairs, commercial, or executive leadership roles. What unites the group is not a specific function, but a shared responsibility for leading change and embedding sustainability into core business decisions.
